Mmap

Direct from man mmap(2),

mmap() creates a new mapping in the virtual space of the calling process. The starting address for the new mapping is specified in addr. The length argument specifies the length of the mapping (which must be greater than 0).

The prototype we need would look something like this:

pub fn mmap(addr: u32, size: u32, prot: u32, flags: u32) -> Option<>
